  1. How long are shipping times?

We work with manufacturers and suppliers all around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically manufacture and ship items within five days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes anywhere from around 20 – 40 days for items to arrive (it may be longer due to the current global pandemic).

Unfortunately, our suppliers do not offer tracking services. However, we do want you to have a positive experience and will thus do our best to keep you updated where we can as to your goodies' journey. You are valuable to us.   1. What's your return policy?

Before returning items to us, kindly contact us first, tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we will give you a full refund. Should we require you to ship the item back to us, we will inform you accordingly, or we may simply ask you to recycle it.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed  our manufacturers immediately set out to manufacture the product you ordered, so unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled. 

     4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- simply notify us, send us a pic of the product you ordered together with a pic of what you received, and we’ll give you a refund.  Should we require you to ship the item back to us, we will inform you of such, or we may simply tell you to keep it or recycle it.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, read item 4 above.
